When audio quality isn’t perfect - due to echo, overlapping voices, or missing speaker labels-traditional transcription tools may struggle to accurately separate speakers. Reveal’s AI-Enhanced Speaker Identification helps fix this by using AI to analyze transcripts and automatically assign accurate speaker labels.
How It Works
Open the Transcript In your study, click “View Transcript” for the interview you want to edit.
Check Current Speaker Labels If your transcript has incomplete or missing speaker identification, click “Edit Transcript.”
Run Enhanced Speaker Identification
Click the “Enhance Speaker Identification” button.
Confirm when prompted (note: this will override any existing analysis for that interview).
Reveal will analyze the entire transcript to detect likely speakers and their spoken segments.
Please note that the process might take a few minutes.
Review AI-Generated Speaker Labels Once processing is complete, your transcript will be updated with clearly labeled speakers (moderators and participants).
Continue Your Analysis With accurate speaker attribution in place, all downstream features -AI summaries, keyword search, codebook generation - will work seamlessly with the updated speaker data.
