AI Chat for Study Analysis

1. Open AI Chat
   • Navigate to the AI Chat section of your study.
   • You’ll land on a new chat screen tailored to your specific study.
     
     
2. Review Suggested Prompts
   • At the top, you’ll see suggested prompts based on your study.
   • These help you quickly get started with relevant analyses.
     
     
3. Explore Example Frameworks
   • Scroll down to view example frameworks.
   • These illustrate what’s possible, such as:
     • Journey maps
     • Personas
     • Emotional laddering
   • You can modify any example before running it.
     
     

Use Saved Custom Prompts

1. View Your Saved Prompts
   • In AI Chat, open the Saved Prompts list.
   • You’ll see:
     • Your personal prompts
     • Prompts shared with you by your team
     • Prompts you’ve shared with others
       
       
2. Run a Saved Prompt
   • Click a prompt to add it to the chat.
   • Modify it if needed.
   • Run the analysis.
     
     

Save a Prompt from an Existing Analysis

1. Run an Analysis
   • Enter a prompt in AI Chat and run it.
     
     
2. Save the Prompt
   • Click Save icon next to the prompt.
   • A panel opens with the prompt prefilled.
   • Name the Prompt
   • Enter a clear title (for example, Next Study Design).
   • Choose Who Can Access It
     • Personal only: Leave teams unselected.
     • Shared with team: Select one or more teams.
       
       
3. Save
   • The prompt is now available in your saved prompts list.
     
     

Create Team-Wide Prompts (Admins & Owners)

1. Go to Teams
   • From the main page, open Teams.
   • Select the team you manage.
     
     
2. Open Custom Prompts
   • Click Custom Prompts under the team.
     
     
3. Create a New Prompt
   • Click Create New Prompt.
   • Enter a title and the full prompt text
     
     
4. Assign Teams
   • Select which teams should have access to the prompt.
   • If no team is selected it'll be saved as you own private prompt.
     
     
5. Save the Prompt
   • The prompt is now available to all selected team members in AI Chat.
     
     

Manage Your Prompts from Your Profile

1. Open Manage Prompts
   • Click your profile menu.
   • Select Manage Prompts.
2. View Prompt Types
   • Switch between:
     • Your personal prompts
     • Team prompts
3. Edit or Delete Prompts
   • You can:
     • Edit prompt titles , content and whom they are shared with.
     • Delete prompts you created
       
       

Note: Only the original author of a prompt can edit or delete it.
