Editing Transcripts

Even with highly accurate AI transcription, occasional errors can occur - especially with industry-specific terms or poor audio quality. That’s why Reveal now allows you to edit transcripts manually, so your data is always clean and accurate before analysis.

How It Works

Open a Transcript
In your study, click “View Transcript” next to any interview.
Enter Edit Mode
In the transcript panel on the right, click the “Edit Transcript” link.
Make Your Edits
- Click on any part of the transcript to make changes.
- As you type, changes are highlighted so you can clearly see what’s been modified.
Save and (Optionally) Regenerate Analysis
- Click “Save Changes” to update the transcript.
- If your edits significantly change the content and may impact the AI analysis, click “Regenerate Analysis and Save” to reprocess the interview.
View Updated Results
Back in the Observation Grid, you’ll see that the analysis is automatically refreshed to reflect your updated transcript.
