With DoReveal you can import your data from Incling studies.

This option is not enabled by default. Please contact us to enable (there is no additional cost).

To export data from your Incling Study, please click the hamburger menu three lines on the top-right corner)

This will open a menu. Click "Import/Export" link:

This will open the Import/Export page. You should see a "Create DoReveal Export" tab. Please contact the Incling team , if this tab is not visible.
Click "Create DoReveal Export" and then click the Export button.

Incling will start to prepare your data for DoReveal import. This may take a few minutes. You should receive an email from Incling once this process is completed.

Once the export process is completed, click the "Retrieve" tab. This should show you all active data export requests you have made for your study. Simply click "Download" for the latest one. Please make note that for data security each export is only valid for a few hours (typically 26 hours).  After this time, the export is not accessible and you'll need to request a new one by following the above mentioned steps.

Clicking download will download a zip or a .json file.

Click "Add Interview" for the study where you want to import Incling data.  You'd see the following page:

Now click "Incling" in the left-panel. This will bring up the form to upload Incling file. Simply select the downloaded zip or .json file from Incling on this page and then click "Upload and Process"

After clicking Upload and Process, we'll pull all the associated data including any images and audio/video recordings. Everything will automatically be stiched together into a single transcript for each participants. You will be navigated to a preview page, where you can review the data for correctness. If all looks good, Click import All.

As the import begins, we'll also automatically transcribe any audio/video file and embed that in the transcript. This will enable you to analyze them as well. Please note that while the images are included in the transcript, they are not analyzed.
