Report Generation




Reveal now offers a powerful report generation feature, allowing users to create summarized reports for their studies instantly. This feature helps synthesize research findings into clear, structured documents, making it easier to share insights with stakeholders.

1. Accessing Reports

  • Log into your Reveal account.
  • Navigate to your study (e.g., COVID-19).
  • Ensure your interviews and analyses are completed, including similarities and differences columns.
  • Click on the new "Report" link to generate a summary.

2. Report Options

You can choose from three different formats to structure your executive summary:

  1. Insights & Recommendations

    • Highlights key findings and implications.
    • Provides actionable recommendations based on research insights.
  2. Thematic Approach

    • Organizes findings into themes.
    • Shows how themes connect to research outcomes.
  3. Problem-Solution Framework

    • Outlines identified challenges and proposed solutions.
    • Includes an impact assessment and recommendations.

3. Generating the Report

  • Click on the desired format (e.g., Insights & Recommendations).
  • Reveal will analyze your study and generate a structured summary.
  • The report will include:

    • Introduction
    • Key Insights
    • Implications & Recommendations
  • If needed, switch formats and generate a different type of report (e.g., Problem-Solution).

4. Viewing & Downloading the Report

  • Click "View Details" to return to the analysis grid.
  • Click "Download Report" to save the summary as a Word document for further editing or sharing.
