Export Data from Qualzy

1. Open Your  Study in Qualzy
2. Go to the Responses Tab
3. Click Export and Select DoReveal.com Data File.
4. Click Confirm to begin preparing the export.
5. Wait for Processing. The export may take a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the data size.
   
   

Download the Export File

1. In Qualzy, once processing finishes, go to Reports and Exports.
2. Click Prepare to Download.
3. Enter a file name for the export and create a password for the export file.
4. Qualzy generates a password-protected Excel file. Download the file to your computer.
   
   

Import the Data into DoReveal

1. Create or Open a Study
2. Click Add Interviews.
3. In the left-side menu, select Qualzy. If you do not see the Qualzy option, contact support to enable it.
4. Enter the password you used when exporting the Excel file and selecting the excel file to import it.

Review Data before Importing

• Participants
• Generated transcripts
• Uploaded media (images, audio, video)
• Segmentation data/tags

Complete the Import

1. Click Import All and within a few seconds all data will be imported. Each participant will be imported individually.
2. If media files are included, DoReveal will automatically:
   • Transcribe audio or video
   • Add the content to participant transcripts.
