Stimuli-Based Research
DoReveal supports stimuli-based research such as concept testing, usability testing, or prototype feedback. By defining the stimuli used in your study, you can analyze how participants responded to different concepts or materials.
How Stimuli Analysis Works
When you define stimuli in a study, DoReveal:
- Detects when participants discuss those stimuli
- Uses transcript context to identify which stimulus is being referenced
- Allows you to compare responses across different concepts or materials
Define Stimuli During Study Setup
- Create a New Study or Edit an existing study
- Add the study name and any other setup information.
- Add Stimuli Names: In the Stimuli section, enter the names of the stimuli used in your interviews. Examples: Concept A, Concept B or Homepage Design, Pricing Page etc. DoReveal identifies stimuli from the spoken transcript, not from visual content on the screen. The name does not need to be repeated in every sentence—DoReveal uses context to determine the reference.
- Save the Study
Analyze Responses by Stimulus
Now you can include the name of the stimulus in your analysis including grids and AI Chat.
