Everything you upload â interviews or notes â stays private to your account or team. Our models run in secure environments, and your data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Youâre in full control, and you can delete your data at any time.
Yes, DoReveal can automatically redacts Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) during transcription. You will see an option to enable PHI/PII redaction in the study settings. You can also find and replace terms across transcripts and analyses to safeguard data privacy.
